What we use
Cookies are small text files. We also use similar browser storage (for example localStorage or sessionStorage) where needed for product functionality.
Categories
Strictly necessary
Required for security, load balancing, abuse prevention, and authenticated admin flows. These cannot be disabled without breaking those features. Cloudflare edge services may set cookies or identifiers needed to deliver and protect the site.
Functional / product analytics
Privacy-conscious product analytics help us understand which tools are used and whether executions succeed. Event types include tool views, execution start/complete/error, category views, and job lifecycle events. Events include tool identifiers, platform, timing, and typed error codes — not file contents, AI prompts, or search query text. In production web builds, analytics sinks are designed not to persist identifiable content in the browser beyond what is needed for the event contract.
Performance and error monitoring
Browser error monitoring (Sentry-class) is not enabled in the current production web deployment. If enabled in a future deployment, crash and performance data may be collected with sensitive request headers stripped before transmission.
Third-party processing (tool-dependent)
Server-dependent and external-provider tools interact with Cloudflare Workers, R2, and queues, and may send content to configured AI providers when you run those tools. That processing is governed by the tool's privacy class and our Privacy Policy, not by optional marketing cookies.
Consent and controls
- Core anonymous local tools remain usable without accepting non-essential tracking, consistent with our product policy.
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site security or authenticated features.
- No region-specific cookie consent banner is shown at launch; you can control cookies and similar storage through your browser settings. Contact contact@toolbies.com if you need current consent practices for your jurisdiction.
