Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. This policy describes how Toolbies processes information when you use https://www.toolbies.com and related clients.

Processing classes

• Local tools — input stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded for processing.
• Temporary server tools — files are uploaded to private object storage, processed in isolated workers, and deleted per our retention schedule (typically within one hour after success; failed uploads within 24 hours).
• External provider tools — content may be sent to a named third-party AI or media provider. The tool page discloses this before processing.

What we do not do

• We do not store uploaded file bodies in our PostgreSQL database.
• We do not log file contents, extracted private text, or raw AI prompts by default.
• We do not sell personal information.

Control-plane data

Anonymous job metadata (status, size buckets, error codes) may be retained briefly for reliability and abuse prevention. Authenticated or admin features may store account and audit records as described at sign-in.

Analytics

We collect privacy-conscious product analytics (tool usage events, not file contents). See our Cookie Policy for consent details where applicable.
