Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. By using Toolbies at https://www.toolbies.com or related clients, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator
Toolbies is operated by Arjun Dhibar, an individual based in West Bengal, India. A registered postal address for formal legal notices will be published on this page when finalized. Until then, email contact@toolbies.com.
Service description
Toolbies provides online utilities for converting, calculating, analyzing, and processing user-supplied content across web, mobile, and extension clients. Tools are registry-driven and declare their processing and privacy class on each tool page. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligibility
Toolbies is intended for a general audience with no published numeric minimum age. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law in your location.
Your responsibilities
- You must have rights to any content you upload or process.
- You must not use Toolbies for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or provider quotas.
- You must not interfere with the service, other users, or our infrastructure providers.
Permission to process your content
To operate the tools you choose, you grant Toolbies a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, transform, and temporarily store your submitted content solely as needed to provide the selected tool — including upload to private object storage, processing in workers or approved compute paths, and delivery of results back to you. This license ends when processing completes and temporary files are deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or outputs.
Third-party services
Some tools rely on third-party infrastructure or providers (for example, Cloudflare for delivery and temporary storage, or an AI inference API for external-provider tools). Those providers process data only as needed to perform the tool you select. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. External-provider tools identify the applicable path on the tool page before processing.
Not professional advice
Financial, legal, tax, medical, health-calculator, and security-related outputs are informational only. They are not personalized professional advice. High-stakes decisions should not rely solely on Toolbies outputs.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue tools or features. Deprecated tools follow our redirect and sitemap removal policy. We may update these terms; see “Changes to these terms” below.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the service — including anonymous use — if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the platform, or posed a security or legal risk. If optional account features are offered, accounts may be suspended or scheduled for deletion under our control-plane policies.
You may stop using Toolbies at any time. Temporary files from server-dependent tools are deleted automatically per our retention schedule regardless of whether you continue using the site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or zero for free anonymous use.
Copyright and intellectual property
If you believe content processed through Toolbies infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact contact@toolbies.com with “IP notice” in the subject line. Include the tool URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized. We review notices and may restrict abusive use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Unless mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise, courts in West Bengal, India have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms and the service.
